I welcome enquiries from all media sources, authors and publishers.
I am also available for commissioned work by arrangement.
Many of the images on my website have been produced on 35mm or 120 medium format film (6 x 4.5cm). High quality scanned images can be supplied on CD.
Since January 2008 I have been using digital photography exclusively.
My website displays only a selection of the images available. If you are looking for a specific image or location please contact me directly; it is always possible I may have that image within my stock library.

Please note all the images on this website are the property of Roger Lane and protected under International copyright laws. None of these images may be used for any purpose without the permission of the photographer.
BUSINESS TERMS:
1) Rights of Use
The photographer grants a licence for one off specified use only for any image. Additional use must be negotiated prior to use.
In line with the provisions of the Copyright Act a credit line for the photographer as author of the copyright work should be used in publication.
2) Use of Images on Approval
Where it is necessary to have images on approval for rough layout use or client / editorial approval, these can be supplied as low resolution digital images (jpegs) on CD without charge.
3) Payment
Unless otherwise agreed payment will be required 30 Days from release of image.
For editorial use specific terms can be negotiated.
4) Third Party Rights Indemnity
The photographer confirms that rights in any images supplied are wholly owned by the photographer and entirely free from any third party intellectual property rights or licensing agreement.
Where third party clearance is necessary this is clearly stated on the relevant Gallery.
